We provide full sales and management training to all successful candidates which assists their growth from a sales team leader into a sales manager.
Basic Team Leader Duties:
- Meet the minimum target of 2 sales a day
- Lead your team of consultants by motivating and managing them
- Basic administration
Requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent
- Advanced/Fluent English communication ability
- Ambitious and motivated
- Basic customer service skills
- A reliable vehicle would work to your advantage
- A minimum of 1 year sales experience would work to your advantage
