Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and clients
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about Salesforce best practices and updates, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Atleast 5 years' experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to delivery
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile environment
