Work with finance to ensure seamless new client profile integration onto system (customer information, account requirements)
Identify age analysis concerns in conjunction with finance to co-ordinate agreed follow up strategy.
Attend scheduled sales meetings (telephonic or nominate stand in) to identify, plan requirements, outstanding orders, queries, and concerns.
Identify/recommend business development with CRM executive.
Keep updated with competitor activity.
Technical (install, program, replace printers, liaise with IT)
Attend events, conferences, meetings related to industry if required.
Manage sales orders: correct price, quantity, and descriptions during order input and that all customer purchase orders are attached)
Co-ordinate administration with internal sales team.
Deliveries when applicable.
Logistics (plan and co-ordinate)
Technical assistance for sister company.
Technical assistance on installed printers.
Assist in depot stock control.
Plan, execute and control consignment stock.
Ensure all delivery notes and invoices balance weekly.
