A leading motorhome manufacturing and sales company is seeking a Sales Representative to start as soon as possible.
Purpose Of The Position
To market and sell motorhomes, motorhome bodies, caravans, and trailers to the trade and public.
Salary
The basic salary for this position is R 12500.00 plus commission.

- Continuous and professional client liaison, verbal in writing, body language, etc.
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer expectations and needs.
- To at all times communicate in a professional and upstanding manner.
- To not partake in verbal or written unfounded arguments with potential or existing clients.
- Discrepancies shall be dealt with in a professional manner with proven and factual arguments.
- To increase the market share for Motorhomes.
- Deal with all customer queries in a fair and non-prejudice manner.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Ensure you are up to date in relation to orders, deliveries, appointments, and order payments.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, mailing, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintaining client records as per standard protocol.
- Keep the Company, its owners, and products in good standing.
- Always be on time for appointments.
- Attend weekly sales, production, and other related meetings.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Attend all trade shows.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on customer sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Be prepared to work outside of normal hours.
- Ensure sufficient stock of gift baskets for handover of new motorhomes.
- Ensure that you sell planned slots before the sell-by date.
- Ensure that all final order confirmations are signed by the client before the planned due date.
- Ensure that all IBF meetings are conducted within specified time frames.
- Inform clients of any delay in the delivery of the motorhomes.

- Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial with a concentration in communication, marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Two to five years of industry sales experience.
- Code B License or Code 10 will be an added advantage
