Requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.
- Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.
- Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
- Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
