We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our clients marketing team and drive their company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue.
Overall responsibility for the following functions of the marketing team.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and advertising
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to keep the company ahead of the competition
- Manage marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and efficiency
- Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision - making and measure performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Experience in the property industry is a plus
