Brief Description Of The Vacancy

Our client in the Hairdressing/Barber industry is looking for a Front of House Manager to:

• Ensure professional service
• Ensure barbers make targets and management of barbers
• Grow business turnover and local marketing
• Stocktake, cash ups and daily purchases
• Ensure the general running of the salon
• Shifts and attendance
• Work according to the Franchise protocols and standards as per the Standard Operating Procedure

Experience Required

• Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the above mentioned role (FOH supervisor / Manager) Salon Industry.
• Salon Management is essential as candidate will be running this store as if it was his/ her own store.

Qualifications Required

• Matric is essential
• Salon qualifications is a must

Computer Skills Required

• Must be fully computer literate
