The purpose of the SAP Access Administrator II is to provide efficient system administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely SAP Access provisioning of relevant systems and tools to the Shoprite Group store and distribution center users. This includes monitoring and evaluating business requests, executing system roles standardization to ensure alignment with Shoprite Group governance, and mitigating business exposure to risks.
This role leverages the SAP GRC Access Control (GRC) toolset to execute role administration and user access provisioning functions, managing, and monitoring rapid and large scale systems user movements between stores and distribution centres within the Shoprite Group. Additionally, the SAP Access Administrator II applies IT incident support knowledge to efficiently manage and resolve issues or escalate them to relevant process stakeholders for resolutions.
As part of the SAP Security and Authorization team, the SAP Access Administrator II plays a crucial role in preventing and identifying access and authorization risks in cross enterprise SAP systems to prevent fraud and reduce the cost of continuous compliance and control.
