- Implement framework for continous improvement and risk mitigation relative to new SAP solution
- Perform cross functional business analysis, process mapping, design and reporting analysis.
- Lead, track and roll-out multiple SAP changes with design and ensure business processes and procedures are maintained and documented.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and business process mapping sessions.
- Build strong understanding of all business processes across all functions and maintain a centralised
business process library.
- Participate in different cross-functional business programs and projects where SAP changes are required including improving data quality in SAP.
- Investigate, troubleshoot SAP issues, provide solutions and day to day support.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree / Higher certificate in IT or Computer Science.
- 6 years BA exp in a SAP ERP environment with 4 years solid SAP exp in production (chemical) industry.
- Knowledge of development methodologies such as Waterfall SDLC or Agile Scrum.
- Business process mapping skills with advanced MS Office & MS Visio
