- SAP Module Expertise:
- Extensive experience in SAP Concur module configuration, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in analysing and solving SAP Concur issues.
- Proficiency in conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system integration security tests.
- Ability to facilitate and lead Agile meetings, collaborate with product owners, and apply Agile principles to manage feature teams.
- Experience in maintaining YPA (Yearly Product Architecture) and functional documentation for SAP Concur.
- Proficient in preparing user manuals and providing training for business process owners.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, product owners, and colleagues across multiple locations.
- Experience in transition to automated testing (TOSCA) and managing integration with other SAP modules.
- Finance Function Knowledge: Previous exposure to the finance domain is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and lead technical teams, preferably with experience in global or international projects.
- Global Project Experience: Experience working on international projects or assignments is beneficial.
- IT Degree: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Relevant Certifications: Certifications related to SAP Concur or SAP modules would be advantageous.
- Leadership Experience: At least 7 years of leadership experience in SAP-related roles.
- International Exposure: Experience working on global projects or assignments.
- Agile Working Model: Experience working within Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Leadership: Strong decision-making abilities, capable of leading diverse teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships across global locations.
