  • SAP Module Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in SAP Concur module configuration, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in analysing and solving SAP Concur issues.
  • Proficiency in conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system integration security tests.
Agile Methodology:
  • Ability to facilitate and lead Agile meetings, collaborate with product owners, and apply Agile principles to manage feature teams.
Documentation & Development:
  • Experience in maintaining YPA (Yearly Product Architecture) and functional documentation for SAP Concur.
  • Proficient in preparing user manuals and providing training for business process owners.
Collaboration:
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, product owners, and colleagues across multiple locations.
Testing & Integration:
  • Experience in transition to automated testing (TOSCA) and managing integration with other SAP modules.
Advantageous Skills:
  • Finance Function Knowledge: Previous exposure to the finance domain is a significant plus.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage and lead technical teams, preferably with experience in global or international projects.
  • Global Project Experience: Experience working on international projects or assignments is beneficial.
Educational Qualifications:
  • IT Degree: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications related to SAP Concur or SAP modules would be advantageous.
Experience:
  • Leadership Experience: At least 7 years of leadership experience in SAP-related roles.
  • International Exposure: Experience working on global projects or assignments.
  • Agile Working Model: Experience working within Agile methodologies and frameworks.
