SAP Consultant (Functional) - South Africa (CPT, JHB, KZN)
Key Performance Areas:
- Build & maitain course catalogues
- Build & maintain qualification catalogues
- Maintain NQF catalogues
- Create and maintain infotypes
- Develop and maintain business rules & processes
- Manage learning master data
- Collaborate with the Learning Program Manager
- Implement and maintain job curriculas
- *Implement master data audit processes
- Improve data integrity
- Design, compile, generate & distribute accurate standard reports
- Design, compile, generate & distribute customised reports
- Design and manage new reporting requirements
- Trouble shooting system errors
- Work with functional developers and programmers
- Changes to system functional requirements
- Functional design specifications documentation
- Business requirements documents and specifications relative to training requirements
- Assist BA in mapping training processes
- Responsible for final UAT sign offs
- Participant in Learning Integration Projects
- Participate in E-learning Projects
- Train End users on system
- Test backup systems at disaster recovery centres
- Assist IT with master data infrastructure & reports
- Implement new electronic attendance register
- Manage annual divisional training budget processes
- Manage individual e-learning bookings
- Monitor E-learning progress
- Record management
- Management System Implementation
- Map existing business processes
- Identify business processes gaps
- Define new business rules
- Participate and sign off user acceptance testing
