We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our customers. This is a permanent role which is fully remote, and the consultant will work from home with occasional travel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support solutions for complex business processes
- Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs
- Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes
- Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts.
- Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation
- Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process
- Train end-users on specific processes and applications
- Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
- Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support
- Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features
- Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise
- Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- A relevant degree/diploma in HR/IT
- Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- SAP SuccessFactors Time off

- SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Mentoring
- SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
- SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role
- Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements
- Ability to communicate with team members and customers clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment
- Must be a South African or Mauritian citizen
