Responsibilities
- Agronomic expertise and technical support.
- Digital farming solutions.
- Market intelligence.
- Plant nutrition product portfolio development, sale, implementation and monitoring.
- Sales planning and forecasting, ordering and logistics.
- Credit application, debtor management and account query solutions.
- Stakeholder and relationship management, applicable to the commercial farming sector.
- Strong inter-personal communication,
- Negotiation skills,
- Ability to define problems; collect information; make sound judgements and involve relevant experts,
- Exercising sales collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,
- Ability to work independently within a diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
- BsC. Agric degree or associated qualification.
- Additional agricultural work-related certificates will be advantageous.
- Proven track record of similar work experience in agronomic support and plant nutrition sales to commercial agricultural producers.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in an agronomy and sales role.
- MS Office experience.
- Agronomy expertise and knowledge.
- Fluent in english, written and verbal.
