We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee our Engineering client's financial operations and drive the company towards its objectives, Midrand Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations ensuring efficiency and compliance, coordinate with different departments to align financial goals.
- Manage the Finance Team, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
- Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, manage relationships with financial institutions.
- Review contracts, negotiate financial terms, manage vendor relationships.
- Analyse financial data to provide strategic recommendations.
- A relevant professional certification in finance or accounting.
- Over 10 years of experience in financial management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical, communication, and leadership skills, strategical thinking.
- Experience in risk management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, French is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
