As a Scrum Master, you will be required to ensure accurate coverage of client requirements and project scope. You'll also be required to ensure projects are delivered on target within due date, budget and according to scope and project governance.
Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Scrum Certification
- 5 to 7 years experience with relevant industry exposure (Linear and Digital Advertising sales)
- Coach and guide teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train to improve their agile methodologies.
- Facilitate team events such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Encourage team collaboration and communication, help resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and train them to adapt to changing requirements.
- Ensure the team follows the SAFe principles, and Agile values to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Track team performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.
- Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog.
- Liaise with the Release Train Engineer and Stakeholders to provide transparency and visibility.
- Continuously improve the Scrum process, tools, and techniques to improve the team's productivity.
