Core Description
Responsible to support business by translating requirements into actionable tasks. Manage and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary projects. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration meetings by applying the Scrum and Agile methodologies to ensure team efficiencies and drive actions to completion. Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum teams.

- Relevant 3-year IT/ Project Management degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6)
- Grade 12 (NQF4) with relevant IT or Project Management modular training (NQF 4 or 5)
- 3 Years relevant Scrum Project Management experience in an IT software and systems development environment.
- 5 Years relevant Project Management experience of which 3 years must be as a Scrum Project Manager in an IT software and systems development environment.
- Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and business partners, both verbally and in written form.
- Good knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lead Principles.
