Job Description:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events and processes for a remote team.
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality software.
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, working together effectively to reach their goals.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them solve issues that may arise.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication within the team.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge and an Understaning in C# and .Net technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
- Previous experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
