The Role
As the SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Local SEO Optimisation. You will conduct keyword research for local markets and implement SEO strategies to enhance local search rankings.
• Link Building. You will drive the development and execution of linkbuilding strategies to increase website authority.
• Technical SEO. You will ensure the client sites adhere to local SEO best practices.
• Project management. You will ensure the effective delivery of every part of the SEO process, including collaborating with a wider team.
• General admin. You will support with daily admin tasks such as coordinating meetings and ensuring clients are followed up.

The Person

• 1-2+ years of experience in an SEO Manager or Content Manager role.
• Strong passion and interest in learning all about the SEO world.
• Agency experience is a big plus!
• A strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
• You have a marketing mind and a keen interest in online and digital marketing.
• You are a critical thinker who can think on your feet.

Freelance Rate and Benefits

• Rate: R20, 000 - R25, 000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
