Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic SEO plans that align with business goals and objectives, focusing on increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and topics relevant to our target audience and industry, and integrate them into website content and optimization strategies.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for targeted keywords, user intent, and search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and user engagement, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed, that may impact search engine visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and recommendations across all website assets and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and make recommendations to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and gaps, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support SEO initiatives and drive results.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, key metrics, and progress toward goals to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance and driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance in all SEO initiatives.
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are desirable.
- Passion for SEO and digital marketing, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
