REQUIREMENTS:Education & Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years experience in office administration.
Previous experience in a time keeping and/or financial environment will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to capture data accurately.
Good administration skills.
Good people skills.
Excellent communication and telephone skills in the English language.
Professional appearance.
Be able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
Valid drivers license with own transport is an advantage.
