A mature self-starter with confidence and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Coupled with these attributes, the person must be meticulous and focused on attention to detail, and be in a position to maintain high levels of confidentiality. The prospective incumbent must be able to work independently and without supervision.
Qualifications/Experience
The successful applicant must have a matric plus a Secretarial Diploma or equivalent. Strong administrative and secretarial skills at senior levels with at least 2 years experience. Strong computer skills (MS Office) are essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are required, especially in relation to answering telephones and the setting up of meetings.
