In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and keeping track of important tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails, track queries, and follow up
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports
- Maintain calendars, files, and client portfolio summaries
- Organize documentation, including bank forms, FICA, and other applications
- Generate invoices for rentals and oil sales in Pastel Partner and Excel
- Track project progress and task completion
- Support staff and management with administrative duties
- Ensure quality standards are upheld
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other computer applications
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure with keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic and ability to manage confidential information
