Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Directors schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute reports
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
- Maintain confidential files and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Director
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the Director
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure
