Secretary needed

Job vacancy for a secretary to work for one of the most dynamic executive managers in Durban.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant and practical secretarial experience or background preferably having experience supporting a medium sized team.
  • A Secretarial qualification course.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Internet knowledge and experience.
  • Familiar with tele-conferencing support.
  • Proven ability to organize seminars/workshops with attendees from across the region; and to provide support to managers who are travelling.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken).
