Secretary needed

We are looking for a receptionist/secretary to carry out day to day administrative role in our new office in Adelaide, Eastern Cape.

Job responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with emails
  • Greeting visitors
  • Sending out documentation

Job requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience
  • Computer literate including word and excel
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Well presented with a professional approach
