Personal Assistant (PA) - Manage the Works Managers professional and personal life including the calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and ensure that management is on time and well prepared for all engagements in order to maximise the Works Managers productivity and effectivity.
Human Resources - Contribute to establish and maintain a well- functioning HR function that renders a quality service to the company in terms of competency-based recruitment and selection.
Payroll - Perform varied and increasingly responsible to control, maintaining and reviewing financial records and processing documents involving financial transactions and performs related duties as required.
Employee relations - Manage employee relations issues such as conflicts, complaints, and grievances by arranging HR personnel as per Care & Maintenance agreements with Head Office in order to promote a harmonious and productive work environment, while also ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Project Admin Coordinator - Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met to provide essential support to project managers and team members and play a critical role in the success of projects.
