Job responsibilities:
- Diary management and scheduling.
- Arranging travel, appointments, etc.
- Preparing reports, documentation, and briefs.
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes.
- Preparing minutes & follow through on activity schedules.
- Handling telephone queries and directing calls.
- Participating fully in supporting business operations.
- Any other duties as assigned.
