Looking for an operational supervisor in Durban.
Job requirements:
- PSIRA grade B
- Grade 12
- Good administrative ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Displays attention to detail
- Must have own vehicles
- Clean accident record
- Immaculate use of the English language
- Good clear telephone/radio voice
- Ability to direct and command subordinates
- Ability to Plan and regulate patrols
- Ability to conduct on-site training
- Ability to conduct site inspections and audits
- Experienced in dealing with customer liaison and senior executives
- Experience in business development essential
- Customer focus
- Previous Operations supervisor experience advantageous.
- Previous military/law enforcement experience advantageous.
- Previous experience with duty rosters advantageous.
- Previous experience with report writing advantageous.
- Previous experience with disciplinary hearings advantageous.
- Previous office administration experience advantageous.
