Senior Account Executive

Hey there! We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Account Executive who can drive our business growth by leveraging their expertise in the sale of our unique staffing solutions. You'll be collaborating with the CEO as well as the rest of our tight-knit team to enlarge our circle of clients. With your robust experience in agency sales and marketing, you'll help us steer through short sales cycles and shape our client offerings in the right direction.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
  • You'll partner up with me to put our strategic sales plan into action, identifying and roping in potential clients who can benefit from our staffing solutions.
  • You'll leverage your hard-earned experience in agency sales to form and sustain strong bonds with clients, opening up avenues for new business opportunities and ramping up our revenue.
  • You'll utilize your marketing prowess to refine our strategies, ensuring that our client offerings are nothing short of the best.
  • You'll work with our cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions that cater to each client's unique needs and help cultivate long-lasting partnerships.
  • You'll be the go-to person for our clients, addressing their questions, updating them on project developments, and making sure they have an exceptional customer experience.
  • You'll make the most out of our tech stack, including HubSpot for CRM, Asana for project management, Notion for documentation, and Slack for team communication, to streamline our processes and facilitate collaboration.
Here's what we're looking for:
  • You've spent at least 5+ years as an Account Executive, preferably in a marketing agency setting, successfully driving revenue and fostering enduring client relationships.
  • You're a pro at using tools like HubSpot for CRM, Asana for project management, Notion for documentation, and Slack for team communication.
  • You've had a go at short sales cycles and thrived in the fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape.
  • You've got your finger on the pulse of the marketing industry, providing valuable insights and advice to our clients.
  • You're an ace communicator and negotiator who can effectively articulate ideas, cater to client needs, and seal the deal.
  • You're never content with the status quo and always on the lookout for ways to enhance our client offerings and sales strategies.
  • You're ready to operate according to US East Coast hours for seamless collaboration with our team and clients.
