We are a growing business looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of our existing clients and ensuring they receive top-notch service, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and goals
- Proactively monitor clients' accounts and ensure their satisfaction and success
- Provide support, guidance, and advice to clients to help them achieve their goals
- Identify areas for improvement and work with the client to create and implement action plans
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services and their value to clients
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Continuously monitor and report on client satisfaction and retention metrics
- Identify and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase revenue
- Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary to ensure a timely resolution
- Provide regular updates to the management team on client success metrics and initiatives

Relevant qualification
- Proven track record in client success, account management, or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
