We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client management, strategic input, foster collaborations, and drive new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BTL and TTL campaigns, paired with the ability to provide strategic direction that delivers measurable results for clients and the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Lead account planning and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and expectations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to contribute insights that shape campaign direction.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to provide informed recommendations for client strategies.
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategic frameworks for creative and production teams.
- Provide ongoing strategic input throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure objectives are met.
- Lead and inspire a team of junior account and project managers to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within teams.
- Drive the execution of BTL campaigns, including experiential marketing, activations, and on-the-ground engagements.
- Oversee TTL campaigns that integrate traditional, digital, and innovative advertising solutions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and report outcomes to clients.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new clients.
- Develop compelling pitches and proposals in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively recommend innovative solutions to clients and prospects.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in an advertising agency, with a strong background in strategy, BTL, and TTL campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts, leading teams, and contributing to strategic planning.
- Experience in business development, including pitching and client acquisition.
- Exceptional ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
