Senior Account Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role requires someone who can manage multiple client accounts, develop strong relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing strategies that drive client satisfaction and results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all digital marketing campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, incorporating SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, analysts, and technical staff, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor account performance, analysing key metrics and producing detailed reports on results.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts and pitch additional services that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mentor junior account managers and other staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Handle client issues and conflicts, providing strategic solutions and maintaining professional communication.
  • Ensure financial targets and other agreed targets are met within the accounts.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques with a demonstrable ability to apply these in a variety of business contexts,
  • Excellent communication; interpersonal and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges,
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously,
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team,
  • Strategic thinking with an attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and leading marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or similar platforms.
