Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all digital marketing campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, incorporating SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, analysts, and technical staff, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor account performance, analysing key metrics and producing detailed reports on results.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts and pitch additional services that meet their needs.
- Manage and mentor junior account managers and other staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle client issues and conflicts, providing strategic solutions and maintaining professional communication.
- Ensure financial targets and other agreed targets are met within the accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques with a demonstrable ability to apply these in a variety of business contexts,
- Excellent communication; interpersonal and presentation skills,
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges,
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously,
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team,
- Strategic thinking with an attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and leading marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or similar platforms.
