The Accountant can be registered with SAICA/SAIPA and must have at least 2 to 4 years of experience or at least 5 years of senior bookkeeping experience.
Main Accountant Duties
- Costing and Invoicing of deals
- Post-deal accounting entries
- Reconciling account balances and bank statements
- Maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
- Monthly reconciliation of creditors' accounts
- Daily reporting cash flow forecasts, sales figures, DOC, etc.
- Preparation & review of payroll input documentation (commission calculations etc.)
- Other financial & admin related/ad hoc activities
- Monitor business expenses and assist the Dealer Principal in managing the business from a financial point of view effectively.
- Accounting or similar diploma or degree
- Being proficient with Pinnacle is a great advantage
- Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
