Manage the Insurance Management information (MIS) team in order to deliver solutions and recommendations to the executive team in pursuit of exceeding company targets and objectives. Keep management and executive team abreast on Key Performance Indices and trends. Implement and refine current business strategies in order to meet targets.

Accountabilities
- Management Information Stats and reporting
- Manage a team of data analyst
- Be responsible for MIS stats, and KPI in the insurance space
- Consider ways to enhance current reporting, upskilling the team and automating reports and information
- Manage relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve
- Highlight areas of concerns
- Recommend and implement solutions which will aid in exceeding company targets and objectives
- Manage company MI and reporting
- Manage relevant stakeholders – taking them through the Key Performance Indices and taking them through the decision-making process
- Build and manage a strong and competent team
Skills/Experience Required
- Short-term Insurance experience is advantageous
- 5-7 years’ experience
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science (Engineering, Statistics and data science degrees would be considered) Competencies Required
