The purpose of the Senior Agile Adoption Specialist role is to support the realisation, unlocking and enablement of business solutions by driving the alignment, acceleration and embedment of new functionalities, methodologies and ways of working into the business. The role works collaboratively across the agile portfolio to implement, facilitate and coordinate an integrated enablement process, and facilitate decision-making in respect of the prioritisation of delivery of change to the organisation. The role further deploys enablement activities to ensure end users are empowered and equipped to derive significant value from a solution.

Role Description
People and Change Adoption/Enablement
- Create a supportive environment that represents the interests of the people, encouraging participation, creating a space for learning and growth and enabling acceptance of the change.
- Champion and support stakeholders to embrace an agile mindset and successfully employ agile practices.
- Successfully coach and mentor teams on the organisational value to drive implementation success and user adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for teams and stakeholders to ensure healthy business performance and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with agile teams to ensure alignment on how to meet customer/stakeholder needs and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop, disseminate, gather and integrate feedback from users to gain insight into opportunities or potential impediments to realising the full value for new functionalities, methodologies and ways of working.
- Support the development of approaches for building stakeholder resilience and motivation, while managing and mitigating resistance to change.
- Support in the creation of experiences that drives behaviour/culture change within the agile space.
- Translate the epic delivery plan into a synchronised agile delivery plan that successfully and sustainably embeds the change/functionality/solution into the business.
- Collaborate and synchronise with epic and agile delivery owners on delivery priorities and interdependencies.
- Execute the most effective delivery approach for prioritised epics and orchestrateall activities related to the roadmap.
- Work with agile teams to understand product/service offerings and how they are applicable within the context of the stakeholders (customer, team).
- Drive continuous feedback into the delivery engine, ensuring agile teams are kept up to date on changing business or user requirements while enabling the development of viable and high-value solutions.
- Ensure the agile team can execute on the roadmap and identify, remove, and escalate blockers and impediments to maintain pace andflow of value.
- Prepare for and participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos and sprint reviews.
- Determine appropriate stakeholder communication and engagement channels, organising appropriate information, create rich content, and partner across functions to drive and track adoption across the business.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify the interest, concerns and issues of key stakeholder groups. Use feedback to identify opportunities or unmet needs that have the potential to unlock overlooked value for the business.
- Degree or Diploma inBusiness, HR, Change Management or a related field (essential).
- +3 years'experience in an agile people enablement role, with demonstrable experience successfully operationalising and embedding the strategic delivery of new functionalities, methodologies and ways of working (essential).
- Knowledge of Agile and Design methodologies with success employing these in a pragmatic way to achieve business outcomes (essential).
- Understanding of agile change and project management methods to lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teamsand deliver projects in full compliance tobusiness objectives (essential).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 with an advanced level of Excel capability (essential).
- Understanding of retail business processes in an eCommerce environment -(preferred).
