- Conceptualise and execute award winning creative ideas
- Take lead in Tier 1 conceptual campaigns
- Lead and inspire Art Direction best practice
- Manage visual identity of a brand/ brands
- Interact with other agency teams/ divisions to develop creative concepts
- Create TV/content, social, digital, print, OOH and editorial layouts and oversee shoots/productions
- Ensure consistency and integration of art direction across all communication channels
- Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
- Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market
- Collaborate with other colleagues in the creative department like copywriters, designers, animators, social media managers etc.
- Mentor junior and mid-level art directors
- Develop your professional skills on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Six plus years experience, produced great work, and are looking to grow your skills
- To conceptualise and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our clients brand identities, positioning and messaging through all brand touchpoints.
