Manage sales tools deployment and management, in conjunction with Platform/Cluster approved protocol, as well as, sales analytics processes and sales information management. Clusters Subject Matter Expert for Tools and Processes, and provides oversight to Cluster Members with regard to the implementation of Platform/BPT initiatives
Responsibilities
- In partnership with Customer Marketing and Sales, develops Planograms, Fixturization, and CatMan strategies and executional guidelines for identified Customers
- Lead and manage CatMan process and implementation with Customers
- Establishes multi-level cross-functional working relationships with the retailer to further drive business growth, and expand the number of Category-Customer combinations
- Completes periodic category analysis on assortment, retail pricing and trade promotions effectiveness, and recommends areas of improvement
- Develops innovative and expansive aisle management and contemporary trade solution initiatives
- Develops planograms for assigned categories, and ensures that these are timely and properly implemented across channels/targeted customers
- Supports the Sales Team in the development of business plans and review decks
- Supports the Customer Marketing and Sales Team in executing Advantage Survey action plans
- Pro-actively support the Sales Operations Manager re the implementation of Platform aligned Customer Thought Leadership initiatives
- At least 3 years each in a Customer Marketing and/or a Category Management role
- Knowledge of the Categories, pertinent Key Customers, and key Competitive set
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering objectives consistently
- Strategic mind set, understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.
- Clear understanding of the different channel Go-To-Market principles/strategies, structures Super/Hyper Markets, Wholesale, Distributor, and Club.
- Understands ACNielsen syndicated data, MINE and Adopt processes
- Understands and able to operate Space Management Tools
- Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office
