Responsibilities
- Perform configuration and set up of Compass software as per customer needs
- Troubleshoot and debug operational issues reported by customers
- Monitor and maintain customer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to customer problems
- Support the development of new software features
- 5+ years of experience in configuration and set up of Compass software
- Proven customer service and technical support experience
- High aptitude for problem-solving and creative solution-building
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date on industry trends
