Purpose of the project is to eliminate any manual processes where possible and replace with automated sourcing of data to streamline risk weighted assets(rwa) calculations and reporting.
The current data mart will be built as an in-house on-premises solution.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Business Processes:
- Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Management Notation)
- Knowledge of Business Process Architecture
- Process hierarchies
- Mapping processes at different levels (level 2 to level 4)
- Monitoring and measurement of process effectiveness
- Knowledge of Business Mapping tools (knowledge of i-Server would be an advantage)
- Engagement with IT analysts/developers to translate business requirements into IT or Process Control requirements.
- Manage implementation life-cycle including data sourcing, data quality dashboards, process controls, UAT strategy, use cases and test packs.
- Compile reports and updates to product owners.

- Include minimum years of experience required per skill
- Ability to interpret business requirements and present a suitable technical solution in collaboration with the tech team.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder Management across multiple ARO countries and business units
- Ability to guide the team, clarify requirements and review solution design
- Prior experience in Banking Risk domain (Regulatory reporting experience would be added benefit)
- Translate the business objective into an executable Book of Work (BoW)
- Analytical and critical thinking during solution design and implementation
- Demonstrate decision-making skills that enable delivery
- If required, creation of progress reports and summary dashboards
- Experience in SAS, SQL and Hadoop.
