Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Pretoria. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and customer service. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in lead generation and market research
- Customer service skills with knowledge of best practices in customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the fiduciary services industry is a plus
- Professional certification in business development or related field is a plus
