Minimum Requirements:
- Snr Change Manager to support the group platform journey on group-wide change initiatives
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading and managing strategic change initiatives across large, complex, group wide initiatives
- Any formal change management accreditation / qualification
- Significant experience in leading and managing complex, group-wide change initiatives in financial services
- Experience in leading and managing both business and IT change initiatives acrosslarge organizations (financial services and tech organizations a plus)
- Strong EQ and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
- Strong change management specialist skills to conduct stakeholder analysis, change impacts and translating into Strategic Change Plans
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders; senior to junior
- Develop Change Management plan and approach
- Business acceptance of the approach and plan
- Stakeholder buy-in and support
- Planned changes are clearly defined
- Compile Impact and readiness assessment
- Need for change and its impact is understood
