Senior Chef Kitchen Manager-Rosebank

Senior Chef / Kitchen Manager position available for new upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank. Looking for individuals with 6+ years relevant chef experience. Experience with al a carte essential. Must have good all round cooking skills and have the ability to run a pass. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Must be able to manage a complete kitchen brigade. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working and able to work under pressure.
