Key Requirements
- BEng / BTech Civil Engineering qualification.
- Eng or Pr. Tech Eng will be preferred, but not compulsory.
- Minimum of 8 years experience.
- Experience in taking a project through the six stages of the project lifecycle.
- Design experience in sewer and water projects, roads, and stormwater.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D, and SharePoint.
- Contract administration experience in GCC 2015.
- Responsible for contract administration and project management.
- Conceptual design, detail design, specifications, procurement process administration and contract administration of water, wastewater, and roads projects.
- Preparing schedules, communicating with clients, and overseeing project progress.
- Managing the project in accordance with Companys Quality Management System.
- Ability to work independently, but also to function well in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to integrate and cooperate with other engineering disciplines.
- Ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Excellent technical writing skills, with good communication and time management skills.
