- Client Liaison and Engagement.
- Plan, Lead, Manage and Monitor Civil Engineering projects from Inception to Close out.
- Co-ordinate and Manage Design Teams
- Undertake Detailed Designs of more complicated aspects and mentor the Design Team.
- Review Designs and Drawings and check for correctness.
- Cost Control and Reporting.
- Project Risk Management.
- Contract Administration using various contracts including NEC4.
- General Office Administration as per RM requirements.
- Adherence to Company ISO9001 QMS System.
- 15 yrs + experience in a Civil Engineering Consultancy Design Office.
- Competency in the Water and Sanitation Field, including Bulk Water and Bulk Sanitation.
- Competency in Contract Administration with NEC3/4 experience an advantage.
- General Municipal Services an added advantage
- Must have BSc and Pr Eng registered with ECSA.
- PrCPM an added advantage.
