Role Overview
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Morrison Telecom Services. Based in our Leyland office in the Northwest, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing commercial activities, ensuring strategic alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to enhance profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favourable terms and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and project delivery.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform business strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial management role within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector is a bonus.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
