A conceptual writer who loves the art and fun of what we do. Someone that wants to make the work better, that loves to push the boundaries to the edge of what makes us comfortable. A writer that is looking for an agency that cares enough to help get their edgy work through.
A writer that sees the power that we have, as advertisers, to go beyond selling product into making a difference in the world.
So thats the Tinder pitch done. Now for the nitty gritty. Heres what were looking for in a match.
- A degree qualification in copywriting/English.
- Agency experience.
- Be a senior, or have previous experience as a mid-weight.
- Have a solid portfolio, preferably with examples of work on high-end brands.
- Be able to show conceptual abilities as a primary creative on a campaign (doesnt have to be awarded just awesome).
- Experience in B2B is a nice-to-have.
- Be a self-starter, darned reliable and a team player.
- Extremely good English comprehension is a must.
