Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a new member within our Crisis24 credit control team; the individual will be involved in aspects of chasing third parties for payments, completing bank reconciliations and credit control.
What You Will Work On
A role within the Assistance credit control team; the individual will be involved in all aspects of chasing third parties for payments, completing bank reconciliations and credit control.
Part of a team which is responsible for the following
- Reconciliation of Client accounts
- Reconciliation of bank accounts when required
- Chasing third party debtors to obtain timely payments
- Cash allocations
- Communicating with Claims Handlers and Finance Operations regarding any queries
- Any other tasks the Treasury Manager may request
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with our operation and finance team to ensure that you are able to complete ongoing responsibilities and tasks. You will also work closely with other members of the finance team assisting with adhoc duties as required.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, excellent organizational skills.
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- It is essential to be well organized, self-motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Maintaining a comprehensive debtors ledger overview, with up to date comments of expected payment dates, key client contacts etc.
- We require someone who has strong communication skills - Effective communication in this role is necessary for interacting with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Assertive and confident
- We require someone who can take a flexible approach and ability to effect change and solve problems
- Responsible for detailing and recording own activity for internal and external purposes
- It is essential to have a flawless level of English. Any additional language skills are considered an asset
- It is an advantage but not necessary if you have used Salesforce previously
- It is an advantage but not necessary if you have worked within the Insurance sector previously
