- Process customer orders and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update delivery information for customers.
- Communicate with multiple parties, including customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents, etc., for freight handling and other matters.
- Handle shipping documentation, including import/export, BL, and other documentation.
- Handle cargo documentation, such as LCL and FCL. ( EDO, MANIFEST, GATE PASS, ROT )
- Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedure.
- Monitor all jobs, update costs and selling figures accurately and in a timely manner in the system.
- Help to resolve customer and carrier problems and assist in resolving issues.
- 1-5 years of experience and understanding of logistics field or fresh graduated is welcome
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to details.
- Strong negotiation skills very important
- Analytical thinking and senses of urgency.
- Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
- With positive attitude towards difficult situation
- Can start ASAP
