Senior customer service consultant is required in Randburg.
Job requirements:
- Matric.
- Well spoken individual with ability to speak English as well at least 2 black languages fluently.
- Previous customer care experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent team player who is proactive with positive attitude.
- Strong people skills with ability to solve problems and find solutions.
- Ability to put reports together using Excel.
- No ITC or criminal records.
- Salary: R18 000 CTC
