Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Work with a Senior Copywriter to conceptualise and produce award-winning creative work within the scope of the brand and creative brief supplied
- Create original graphics and layouts for illustration, logos, website etc.
- Present ideas / concepts in a professional manner to both internal and external stakeholders
- Work seamlessly and efficiently with the creative team
- Manage, mentor and guide junior Designers
- Keep abreast of current trends in accordance with industry best practice
Qualifications
Requirements / Experience / Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design / Art Direction
- At least 6 years' experience working as an Designer with 1 year being in a Senior role within an Advertising Agency
- TTL & Digital experience (essential)
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Proficient using Apple products (i.e. Mac)
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
- Proficient at design craft
- Proficient with digital design requirements in Social
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects
- Ability to edit video (advantageous)
- Excellent conceptual and design skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief)
- An eye-catching (behance / wixsite) portfolio that demonstrates a strong range of design work - from TTL to Digital
